Late last year, I suddenly experienced excruciating back pain. The pain was truly unbearable. Lying down and sitting was practically impossible. Walking was still manageable, but even then, I had to endure the pain. The nights were hard, and the days went by slowly. Strong painkillers didn't seem to help much. After a physical therapy appointment, there was some relief, but it didn't last long. By then, three months had passed and I was completely exhausted. Then I scheduled a blessing with Tal. The evening I was scheduled to receive the blessing, Tal gave me a clear instructions. I took this very seriously and prepared myself well. I tried to make my sitting position as comfortable as possible, which was very difficult with the severe pain. Tal explained that I should keep my feet on the floor and my back free. As I received the blessing, I became more and more relaxed. In the final minutes, I fell asleep on my side. When I woke up, my back pain was gone! In disbelief, I twisted and turned, doing everything I could think of to feel if I was still in pain. It was truly extraordinary! I had no more pain. I went to bed and was looking forward to the next morning. Pain-free!!! Now, almost nine months without any back pain.
